Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelDesk Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TravelDesk Pro is a travel back-office management platform that provides booking management, CRM, invoicing, accounting, AI-powered email parsing, review management, and related tools for travel agencies and operators.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including:

  • Google (Gmail, Business Profile): Subject to Google's Terms of Service
  • Airlines & GDS Systems: Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport, Duffel, Priceline
  • Payment Processors: Stripe, Flutterwave
  • Communication: SendGrid (email), Twilio (SMS), WhatsApp

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

  • The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Travel Desk Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data, including bookings, customer records, and uploaded files. We will not use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVEL DESK PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
